Tuesday P. Brooks, MBA’01 — A Degree in Growing a Business with PURPOSE

Tuesday P. Brooks, MBA’01 Media Management was a featured guest on the popular podcast “GROW MY ACCOUNTING PRACTICE” hosted by Profit First Pros, Mike Michalowicz and Ron Saharyan.

Tuesday had a dream and a vision, and she realized that through partners, other resources, and relationships, she could make that dream come true, not only by helping her with her business but by providing careers and opportunities for others.

Tuesday pays it forward on a global level with a program she started in Africa. This extraordinary contribution and novel way to grow a business is one more way that Tuesday is putting her stamp on the world. Tuesday’s focus is on young women in Africa who need opportunities and a framework to set up a business of their own. The women were trained in bookkeeping in the AJOY way (Tuesday’s own system of small business finance). This year, the first cohort of 11 young women graduated skilled in pursuing their dreams.

This story of Purpose-Centered Education and Tuesday’s thought-provoking business ideas and efforts are the core of the podcast feature. Listen to the podcast to learn more.
